Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga
Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga practice in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. In this four week course students will learn Sun Salutations and the fundamental standing asanas (postures), breathing techniques, and philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system. This course will also teach you all about the Mysore style approach to learning. Class size is limited to 8 students to allow for more individual attention.

Preregistration is required. Full payment is required to reserve your spot in a workshop. There will be a 20% administration fee on refunds for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. There are no refunds or credits granted for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop start date.
