  • A commonly asked question from those interested in starting Ashtanga is “Where do I start?”. Whether you are new to yoga, or new to Ashtanga and the Mysore practise, we recommend simply dropping in to any Mysore session. The first step is just showing up and we’ll guide you from there! There is no experience required to begin. . . . For new students to AYCT, get the $59 Introductory Month pass which allows 30 days of unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes. Mysore is available 7 days a week. . . . Another option is to join Introduction to Ashtanga, a course that breaks down the fundamentals of the practise in a small group workshop setting. It runs in four 1-hour sessions each week, next session starting this Saturday May 26th from 10:00am - 11:00am with @lisanovembre. . . .
