Cancel your membership anytime with 30 days written notice and payment of a $100 cancellation fee. After 12 months, the cancellation fee will be waived. Freeze your membership once per 12 month period with 7 days written notice. A $15 fee will apply to freezes of 30 days or less, a $30 fee will apply to freezes of more than 30 days.
