Meditation Workshop

w/ Julie Brar

Thursday, July 2nd
6-8pm

MeditationFeeling tired, stressed out or having trouble sleeping? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, physical pain or just want to quiet your mind? Meditation has been shown to lower blood pressure; help with headaches and insomnia. Meditation also helps to boost energy levels, improves immune system function, increases creativity and helps to regulate mood. There are many more benefits to Meditation but the main thing is to start. Meditation practice also goes hand in hand with a regular yoga practice. In fact asana practice is grooming us for a sitting practice. This workshop will guide you through breath meditation and teach you how to start, maintain and improve your Meditation practice.

Please bring a meditation cushion if you have one .

Great for all levels.
